The SP690A/692A/802L/802M/805L/805M are a family of microprocessor (µP) supervisory circuits that integrate the myriad of components required by discrete solutions to monitor power supplies and battery-control functions in µP and digital systems. Devices in the series will significantly improve system reliability and operational efficiency when compared to discrete solutions.
